Villa Natalia is located in an excellent position within the popular tourist area of Štinjan/Pula and is only 1 km from the beach (Puntizela – fine pebble). It can accommodate up to 16 guests in six bedrooms (with additional sofa beds available for four more guests) and offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
On the first floor, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom and one bedroom.
With a separate entrance, there is also an apartment featuring a living room, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and direct access to the pool.
On the second floor, there are four additional double bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Two of the bedrooms have private bathrooms and access to the balcony, while the remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom located in the hallway.
All rooms are air-conditioned, offering a total of 350 square meters of living space.
The main attraction of the villa is undoubtedly the private pool with sun loungers, as well as the jacuzzi,perfect for complete relaxation.
You will also find a table tennis table, a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, ideal for pleasant evenings with family or friends.
