Come and enjoy this 30 m² studio apartment, which can accommodate 2 people (and a baby), ideally located in the historic heart of the city, just a hundred meters from Strasbourg Cathedral and close to the carré d'Or. Numerous shops and restaurants in the vicinity, close to the tramway.
The studio is located in a quiet rear courtyard, on the 1st floor of a small condominium without elevator, and is organized over two floors (kitchen and living room upstairs, bedroom and bathroom downstairs at the entrance to the apartment). ATTENTION: The apartment is not necessarily suitable for tall people.
The ceiling is quite low in the upper part of the apartment (1m83). The accommodation is composed as follows: - A cosy living room with sofa, coffee table and TV - A modern kitchen: fridge, freezer, hob, coffee machine, kettle and cooking utensils - A cosy, insulated bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) and two bedside tables - Bathroom with shower, washbasin, washing machine and toilet Transport : - The "Gallia" streetcar stop (lines C, E & F) is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. - The main railway station is a 20-minute walk or 13 minutes by public transport. - The Bateliers parking lot is a 6-minute walk from the apartment.
The cost is 20e/24h - Strasbourg International Airport, 20 min by car Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - ATTENTION: The apartment may not be suitable for tall people.
The ceiling is quite low in the upper part of the apartment (1m83). - Baby cot with mattress provided (- 3 years) - Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure. - An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure. - To comply with legislation, all reservations of more than 30 nights will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease). - To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents). - Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form. - This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or the various rental platforms. You will have a set of keys at your disposal.
The keys are to be collected from a key dispenser located in a launderette about 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation.
ATTENTION: This launderette closes at 9pm, so check-in will not be possible after 9pm. On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr Strasbourg team, the agency specializing in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand to help you make the most of your stay. Location of the property was terrific 2 minutes away from the cathedral. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only things that were inconvenient were communication, check-in and check-out process. The hosting company doesn't use Vrbo for communication rather sending emails which can be frust...

nous avons passé un agréable séjour l'appartement est charmant, je pense qu'il faudrait signalér que l'escalier est un peu difficile pour une personne âgée ou ayant des problèmes de déplacement , moi ayant 85 ans mais étant en forme, j'ai fait très attention pour monter et descendre l'escalier ...

Arrivée et départ sans contact humain, prendre et ramener les clés dans une laverie !, pour se rendre dans l appartement, passer dans une cour un peu glauque, poubelle et vélos, monter un escalier avec marches en bois cassées, puis encore des escaliers très dangereux
