Agence Cocoonr offers this lovely, bright studio apartment, located in an old building that was completely renovated in 2019, right next to Avenue des Vosges and just a few minutes' walk from Strasbourg's hyper-centre.
Located on the 9ᵉ floor with lift, it offers a magnificent unobstructed view of the city.
In this studio with elegant blue decoration, you will enjoy comfortable bedding and an artistic atmosphere with some black and white photographs by Doisneau.
The accommodation is composed as follows: - A pleasant, bright lounge area with double sofa, desk, armchair and coffee table - A bathroom with shower - A fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, double ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, ironing board and iron, plus a full set of crockery and kitchen utensils - An ingenious sleeping area with a fold-away double bed (140x190), fitted with a slatted base and quality mattress.
This system makes it easy to transform the studio from night mode to day mode, while retaining comfortable sleeping accommodation - A clothes cupboard with hangers The Avenue des Vosges area is a lively and very pleasant place to live, with plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants.
It's close to the courthouse and Place Broglie, right on the edge of Strasbourg's city centre.
Just a few minutes' walk will take you to the pedestrianised centre, the main tourist attractions and public transport.
As Strasbourg is also a very bicycle-friendly city, you'll find plenty of cycle paths to get around easily.

Le Tribunal "🙂 l emplacement et le confort sont des plus, l équipement est complet.

Le Tribunal Carino. Piccolo ma c'è tutto. Bella anche la vista. Unica cosa, bagno tremendo: quando ti fai la doccia, che non ha il piatto allaghi tutto. Poi sono rimasta veramente cosí quando ho messo le coperte che c'erano nell'armadio e c'erano dei peli e delle macchie. Spero fossero lavate, ma ne dubito.
