Absolutely quiet, sunny, free hillside location without street noise. Ideal starting point for hikes and walks. Bicycle path and golf course, as well as cross-country skiing trail in the immediate vicinity. Our apartments are equipped with balcony, crib and lockable storage room. Table tennis and sunbathing lawn can be used.

Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. terms/extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Arrival Description
At the traffic light turn left in the direction of "Zell". Pass the church St. Valentin. After approx. 1,5 km turn left.
