Turn left to reach the homely sitting room, complete with plush seating and a Smart TV for entertainment, with direct access into the ground-floor study/single bedroom, ideal for those with limited mobility.

The living areas in this home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and Smart TV, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-size with en-suite shower rooms, one of which has a Juliet balcony, and a ground-floor bedroom/study with a single sofa-bed, all with Smart TVs, serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a rear patio with furniture, a private driveway for two cars, and an EV charging point. ,Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, highchair available. For a stylish base in Cambridgeshire, book Wellington Cottage. Note: Both step and ramp access to the exterior. Note: The twin bedroom is accessed via the sitting room; please be aware. Note: The garden is not enclosed. Note: The owner lives opposite. Super location to meet up with friends.The property was really nice with all the facilities we needed. It was also well located for visiting RSPB and NT locations as well as Cambridge.The host was very friendly and provided advice on places to eat and drink in the local area.
