CHALET ABBE – located in Crest-Voland
Semi-detached chalet spread over three levels, approximately 35 m², ideally suited to accommodate up to 4 guests.
Located on the first floor, it features two beautiful west-facing terraces offering breathtaking views of Mont Charvin. Perfectly located, the chalet sits halfway between the center of Crest-Voland and Place du Cernix, only 600 meters from the slopes of the Espace Diamant ski area. Please note: this accommodation is not suitable for young children or guests with reduced mobility.
Access to the different levels is via narrow spiral staircases (see photos). Description: MAIN LEVEL: A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, located in the solarium, with access to a terrace offering views of Mont Charvin. A shower room with shower, washbasin unit, toilet, and heated towel rail (please note: ceiling height under 1.90m) Access to the upper floor via a spiral staircase UPPER / MAIN LEVEL: A private entrance from the second terrace A living area including: *An open-plan fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher *A dining area *A lounge area with TV and a 140 cm “rapido” sofa bed TOP FLOOR: A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and balcony access Additional features: West-facing terraces with exceptional mountain views + balcony Outdoor ski storage locker Shared boot warmers for both accommodations located in the garage One outdoor parking space located at the foot of the stairs and next to the garage Wi-Fi included Pets not allowed Non-smoking rental It is also possible to rent the TOT chalet, allowing accommodation for up to 8 guests within the same property. Small real estate complex consisting of a chalet completely renovated in 2022, and a new chalet, is located on the road between the village of Crest-Voland and Le Cernix, 600m from the foot of the Espace Diamant slopes and the ski school. The village of Crest Voland is located in the heart of Espace Diamant.
With its 192 km of slopes and its 6 connected village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will find what they are looking for to fully enjoy their holidays. This chalet, close to the village center, enjoys a privileged location to have everything close at hand: shops, entertainment, ski slopes.

L emplacement, l aménagement.
Pas de sèche cheveux, il y a bien longtemps qu il y en a dans tous les hébergements.
Accès à la chambre du haut en se penchant pour manque de hauteur.

Canapé peu confortable.
Sinon vraiment rien à dire.
Chalet individuel, très calme (nous n entendons pas les voisins), garage pour véhicule, chauffe chaussures de ski. Literie très confortable.
Service à raclette.
