Details on accommodation facilities The one-family dwelling is centrally located in Bannewitz near a golf course and approximately 8 km/5 miles away from the city center of Dresden. It was recently renovated and offers access to a great yard and a swimming pool. Furthermore we provide a free parking lot in front of the housing which is suitable for cars, motorcycles and bikes. Within 5 minutes (by car) you can reach several shopping facilities such as a bakery, a butcher´s shop or a grocery store. Goods of daily use and groceries can also be purchased in the corner shop nearby (5 minutes walking distance).The holiday flat has an central entrance and grants with its 35 m² lots of room. The living quarters are equipped with TV, radio, underfloor heating and a studio couch (possible to be used as additional sleeping berth). The new built-in kitchen includes a dish washer, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, a hob, a coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster etc.The washing machine and dryer are available at joint use.

DirectionsTraveling by car via the motorway/highway A4, autobahn intersection “Dresden”:Take the A 17 in direction of “Prag” and exit at “Dresden Südvorstadt” (exit no.3). Take a right on the B170 towards Bannewitz and after 2.8 km/ 1.7miles (after the entrance sign "Welschhufe") turn right in the Welschhufer Strasse (This is already a part of Bannewitz). Please follow the main road for 800 meters / 0.5 miles to the adress Amselgrund 22.Traveling by aeroplane / airplane via airport Dresden Take the subway train to the Main station “Dresden Hauptbahnhof”. From there, please follow the instruction for travelling with public transportation.Traveling with public transportation via Dresden main station Outside the Dresden main station you will find several bus stations. Please get on line 360 and get off the bus at station “Bannewitz Welschhufe”. Pass the small steep track and follow the main road for about 5 minutes (downhill). The bus line shuttles every 30 minutes at day time and every hour in the evening. For information on the ticket please ask the staff of the German railway system (Deutsche Bahn AG – abbreviation DB). We are also willing to pick you up from the airport or main station – please call in advance and confirm arrival dates with us.

The apartment has a central entrance and still offers a lot of space with 35 m². The living room and bedroom is equipped with a radio, TV, sofa bed (for extra beds) and underfloor heating. The new fitted kitchen is richly equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, coffee machine, water and egg cooker, toaster, etc. Bed and table linen and towels are included. Washer and dryer in separate room for shared use.
