The property owners, who are very friendly people, live only a short distance away. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Distances: Volterra con general stores 10 km away, the beautiful medieval town of San Gimignano 18 km, Pisa (airport) approx. 60 km away, Florence approx. 70 km away. The beaches of Cecina are in a 1-hour drive. At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden with swimming-pool (15 x 7 m – depth 1,2 m), open-air shower (cold water), changing room with bathroom, shared barbecue. A small spa with Jacuzzi bathtub (for 4/6 people), 2 massaging armchairs and changing room (with shower) is available at € 10,- / per entrance / per person (reservation requested). Laundry with washing machine and dryer available (€ 5,- / per washing or per drying).
