The apartment includes a very roomy living room with a large TV and free Wi-Fi, as well as a dining area for enjoying meals with family or friends.

This magnificent and wide avenue runs along the sea and faces south.

A fantastic holiday apartment directly at the Promenade des Anglais near the famous Negresco hotel. Although the apartment is directly located at the Promenade des Anglais, it is still not too loud in the night.
