The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, wine cooler, a sitting area with a TV and a dining area seating four, as well as a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside there is a rear enclosed garden with patio, lawn and furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.8, a pub, and within 1.2, a beach, and please note that this is a non-smoking property.
