Inside you will find everything you need for that home from home experience in making your stay a relaxing one. The home is located in a quite neighborhood, with excellent transport links. Driveway parking is available for up to two / three vehicles. The space As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The open living area is tastefully furnished, creating a relaxing ambiance where you can curl up with a good book or enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen that has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.
From modern appliances to ample countertop space, the kitchen caters to your culinary needs.
Enjoy your meals at the dining table. The house features three comfortable double bedrooms allowing up to six guests.
There is a bathroom and an en-suite. Step outside into the private garden, where you'll discover a charming patio area.
It's the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or bask in the afternoon sun. With outdoor seating and a lush green lawn, the garden provides a peaceful retreat for relaxation and contemplation. The home also offers convenient amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, central heating, and on-site parking, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The neighborhood benefits from easy access to major roads and motorways, including the M25 and M1, making it convenient for commuters and travelers.
Bricket Wood railway station provides direct train services to London and other major cities, ensuring convenient travel options for residents. Guest access Guests will have sole access to the whole house during their stay.
There is a separate rental unit at the front of the house, however there are no shared areas within the house. There is a large driveway at the front available for all guests. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
