Buena relación calidad precio. Mobiliario y menaje algo anticuado. Conviene mejorar la zona de estar (invita poco a pasar el rato, no hay mesa de centro ni algún sofá o butaca cómoda, solo un sofá cama). Iluminación artificial de la zona de estar escasa.
