Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 25 m² studio in Calais which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you !

- 20 m² living room with TV, double bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including : electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob...
First floor
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside
- A 12 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Calais, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are within easy reach.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
