Located right on the water, this studio apartment, just 50 meters from the beach, is ideal for a pleasant stay in Saint Cyprien.
It offers a living area opening onto a spacious private garden, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Free parking is available in the parking spaces near the residence. The Les Frégates residence features a secure communal swimming pool open during the summer months (unheated). End-of-stay cleaning is optional (if you do not choose the cleaning option, a €90 security deposit will be required upon arrival). Pets are not allowed. Sheets and towels are not provided. The €400 security deposit is payable upon arrival by check (not cashed) or via the SWIKLY payment system. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Serrure de la porte d’entrée que nous avons dû demander à changer ainsi que les prises électrique.
Pas assez de couverts.
