A beautiful, spacious seaside studio apartment with sea views, located right opposite the beach, in the vibrant coastal city of Brighton, also pet-friendly.. 2 steps to entrance.

No smoking.. The Beach Studio offers an open and spacious layout that combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room seamlessly.
When it’s time to rest, you can simply pull down the double bed, which is cleverly hidden within the apartment’s design.
The bed offers a comfortable and restful sleep, ensuring you wake up rejuvenated and ready for another day of exploration.
The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, making it a breeze to whip up delicious meals during your stay, but for those wanting a break from cooking there is a huge choice close by. The living room area is designed for relaxation, with comfortable seating and elegant décor. The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and provide a stunning view of Brighton Beach. There is no shortage of activities and attractions to enjoy in and around Brighton.

The beach studio is a good place to stay to be near town and on seafront. 15min walk into centre and Kemptown shops and restaurants at the end of the road. Would have been even better if the Wifi had worked, but that can be fixed surely.

The apartment was warm (it was cold outside and raining) especially the bathroom which has underfloor heating (the shower was a bit slippery) I live in Kemptown and wanted to stay on the seafront while work was carried out at home. I was able to enjoy a very peaceful and relaxing break. I would thoroughly recommend the Beach Studio for exploring Brighton. P. S. A toaster would be a good addition.
