Convenient for visiting the nearby towns of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Santa Margherita and Portofino up to the Cinque Terre.
Cavi is also just 40 km far from Genoa.
The flat can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, TV, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, free parking The space The 90 m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift (not suitable for the disabled).
The internal space is organized as follows: LIVING ROOM with relaxation corner, dining area and two single sofa beds; KITCHEN equipped with gas hob, fridge with freezer, traditional and microwave oven, dishwasher, moka coffee maker and various kitchen utensils; BEDROOM 1 with a queen bed and wardrobe; BEDROOM 2 with 2 single beds and wardrobe BATHROOM with shower, sink and WC.
TWO BALCONIES FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: TV, air conditioning (2 split in the living room and in the bedroom), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer, a cot for children PLEASE NOTE: the accommodation has 2 parking spaces (1 covered and one external, both only for utility cars) Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Rapallo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 10 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C * Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment* Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode.

Nous sommes partis de cette location une demi heure après y être entrés. Nous avons dû trouver un hébergement de remplacement au dernier moment et sans aide d’aucune sorte.
Appartement sinistre, usé, décrépi, documents photos envoyés , aucun contact possible avec Cleanbnb qui n’a visiblement pas lu nos mails. Pas de permanence téléphonique .
