Votsalo residence by Estia is a part of the complex Yialos Villas in Anissaras, very close to Hersonisos and ideally located next to the central sandy beach.
This apartment measures 60 sq.m and is a recently renovated traditional Cretan house that offers all the comforts.
It is fully equipped, air-conditioned and furnished with capacity of accommodating up to 6 people (5 in bedrooms & 1 extra guest on the sofa bed). The open space living area is air-conditioned and consists of a sofa bed, dining area and a flat screen TV. The totally renovated in 2021 kitchen, provides all the necessary equipment and appliances for a comfortable stay (oven, stovetop, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, etc.). There is also 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom and a family, newly renovated shower room. Outside, there is a large, beautiful, and furnished yard, with dining table, BBQ facilities and outdoor shower. Please note that, as the property is situated in a lively touristic area, guests may occasionally experience some external noise during the day.

Da wir 3 Nächte kaum geschlafen haben sind wir wieder ausgezogen obwohl der Vermieter uns in keiner Weise entgegen gekommen ist und uns keinerlei Erstattung für die verbleibenden 2, 5 Wochen leisten wollte

Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand. Alles für den ersten Tag vorhanden.
Toilette Spühlung klemmt. Für Handwerker kein Problem. Kaffeeautomat funktioniert nicht richtig. Haben dann gebrüht.

This property is very close to a lovely long beach. It has everything you could need for a week’s stay. We enjoyed breakfasts outside but did not try to cook full meals. There was enough indoor seating in the evening. If you are noise sensitive you should know that the resort next door receives deli...
