You'll have easy access to cycle paths, whether you're heading to the ocean, the Piraillan market, Cap-Ferret, or the beaches of the Arcachon Basin.
Just a 5-minute bike ride from shops (Chez Pascal bakery, Casino Shop, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, etc.) and Grand-Piquey (cheese shops, butchers, bakeries, delicatessens, etc.), you can leave your car behind. On the garden level, the villa features a spacious living room, an open-plan and fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto a lovely covered terrace where you can enjoy long summer evenings around a barbecue.
