The location is great! In just 4 minutes by car it is possible to reach Sanremo Station.
The interior space is organized as follows: - KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils and wine glasses; - LIVING/SLEEPING AREA with a double bed, a single pouf bed, TV, a dining table, split A/C and access to the terrace; - BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC; - TERRACE furnished with table, deck chairs and awning.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (a single split), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Availability of a garage inside the structure (Width 235 - Height 195 - Length 500).

RULES SWIMMING POOL CONDOMINIUM: - opening from 1/06 to 10/09 at the following times: 9.30 AM to 7.30 PM; - Maximum height = 2.85 m; Minimum height = 1.10 m; - the wearing of the headset is compulsory; - the presence of a lifeguard; - children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult; - you must have a wristband to access - you will find it inside the apartment on your arrival; - the area is under video surveillance.
Rules of communal tennis court: - opening from 1/06 to 10/09 at the following times: 9.00 AM-1.00 PM/3.30 AM-8.00 PM; - it is necessary to bring regular shoes; - one hour for single and two hours for double is allowed.
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Sanremo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 15 nights.
Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
