Casa Chianchizze is a characteristic vacation home for 4 people in Ceglie Messapica, in the historic center, among the most beautiful villages of the Valle d`Itria.
The vacation home, independent, is on two levels.
It is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, high-speed internet , underfloor heating, electric oven, coffee maker, hair dryer.
Pets allowed with extra charge.

Casa Chianchizze has its entrance along a narrow street in the beautiful old town of Ceglie.
A small door is the entrance to the living area with a few steps down.
The ground-floor vacation home features low stone vaults, under which is theliving area with living room and TV, kitchenette, table and chairs, 2 single pouf beds.
On the upper floor Casa Chianchizze there is 1 double bedroom.
Spacious and bright, the room also has a small balcony.
Upstairs there is 1 full shower room.

Casa Chianchizze is located in the historic center of Ceglie Messapica, one of the most beautiful and characteristic towns in Valle d`Itria.
The town`s main square, Piazza Plebiscito, is a stone`s throw from the vacation home.
There are also restaurants, bars and services of all kinds in the immediate vicinity.
Ostuni is about 10 km away, and Ostuni`s beaches are the closest and are about 20 km away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Few steps down to access in the entrance of the house.

Parking was interesting in Italy, especially in the historic town center, but we learned. Using the Easypark app made it simple. Can't assess pet friendliness, but the people were friendly and walking is easy. All services are close by by car and most by foot as well.
