If you dream of waking up and looking at the sea of Porto Cesareo, Villa can make it come true.
The seafront villa is in the area La Strea, south of Porto Cesareo, one of the most loved tourist destinations in Apulia.
It`s modern, equipped with the main comforts, with many bedrooms, a beautiful garden and an equipped solarium, Villa is ideal for up to 8 guests. Vacations by the sea in Porto Cesareo The villa is entirely fenced and framed by a large garden where it`s possible to park one car and a solarium area with sofas and beach beds.
The verandah is furnished with table and chairs and it`s ideal for lunch or dinner outside, cooked on the barbecue grill. The villa consists of a living room furnished with attention to details, with modern furniture, an open kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher and microwave oven, dining area and sofa bed for two. A corridor divides it from the sleeping area which consists of two basic double bedrooms, one of which connected to a third bedroom with queen-size bed. Air conditioning is present in all rooms.
The villa is protected by alarm system. The surroundings of Villa Villa is by the sea in La Strea area, protected marine area of Porto Cesareo.
It`s south of Porto Cesareo, in a quiet area, 1,5 kilometers away from the city centre with its amenities, restaurants and pubs. Sant`Isidoro is less than 4 kilometers away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

Het huis en plek waren schitterend, maar voor de prijs van de huur, vonden wij wel dat het bedlinnen en badhanddoeken inclusief hadden moeten zijn.
Handdoeken en beddegoed had er echt wel bij gekund voor de forse huurprijs.

La casa in una posizione perfetta, vicino al mare e alle spiagge migliori. La responsabile della struttura è stata sempre disponibile e gentile. L’unico lato negativo è l’assenza della rete internet.
