The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 55 m², through-apartment for rent in Gérardmer, La Perle des Vosges. It's located on the lakeside and can accommodate up to 4 people. On the 3rd floor (no lift) of a small residence of 7 flats, it comprises a pretty, light-filled 35 m² living room giving access to a 15 m² south-facing loggia with an incomparable view of the lake and surrounding mountains, a separate fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Day area:
- A 35 m² living room with a smart-TV with Orange TV channels, a top-of-the-range double sofa bed ( 160 x 190 ), a table and chairs that can seat up to 6 people.
- Separate kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer, raclette machine.
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin, washing machine and WC.
- An individual locked and secure cellar for your bikes, skis, pushchairs...
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with top-of-the-range bedding and storage space.
Outside:
- A 15m² south-facing terrace-loggia with an exceptional view of Lac de Gérardmer and a relaxation area (1 sofa and 2 armchairs), ideal for enjoying the fine weather.

- We provide the following additional facilities: folding bed, child's booster seat, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes line, bed linen provided, optional towel pack at extra cost (booking and payment to be made with the concierge).
Location:
The flat is located right in the town centre on the banks of Lac de Gérardmer, with a panoramic view over the lake. All amenities are less than 5 minutes' walk away: lake, cinema, restaurants, bakery, aquatic centre, ice rink, casino, etc. The ski bus stop is at the foot of the residence.
Transport:
- You can park directly in the flat's private car park.
- Nearest train stations: Remiremont (30 minutes by car), Saint Dié des Vosges (40 minutes by car), Epinal (45 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Colmar (1 hour by car).
Other comments:
- Free WiFi available (fibre optics)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- The flat is non-smoking
- The electricity meter will be read on arrival and departure, a consumption of 30 Kwh/day is included in the rental price, any excess consumption will be charged
- Cleaning at the end of the stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement to be paid on site may be required (arrival between 7pm and 9pm at €40, arrival between 9pm and midnight at €50)

Nous sommes arrivés avec le début du rallye des Vosges, 48 heures difficiles. Nous ne sommes pas habitués à de telles nuisances, dont personne n’est responsable. Cela ne change en rien notre évaluation, appartement vraiment bien, bien agencé et propre, accueil excellent et très sympathique.

Accueil très bien par contre communication sur l'heure d'arrivée très mal organisée .Aucune communication entreAbritel et la réception ! nous n'avions pas en plus lecoordonnées de la personne qui devait nous accueillir.Sinon logement très agréable et bien situé

Logement de qualité, conforme à l'annonce, localisation idéale pour des vacances vosgiennes réussies. Une excellente communication avec l'agence. Une seule ombre au tableau : un état de propreté qui laissait à désirer à notre arrivée dans l'appartement.
