It is on the ground floor (accessible by a few steps or elevator) and comprises a main room with a fully equipped kitchenette (2 induction hobs, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment), a dining area (table and chairs), and a sofa with a TV.
The room opens onto a large 12m² balcony with outdoor furniture.
One bedroom: 1 double bed (140cm) and a wardrobe.
From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom (vanity unit, shower, washing machine) with a separate toilet (containing a door).

One private parking space.
