Mimì Maison is a refined and renovated holiday home in the old town centre of Lecce, 200 meters away from Sant`Oronzo square, the heart of the city.
Mimì Maison is on the first floor and it accommodates up to 6 guests.
It`s equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, tv, mosquito nets.
Pets are not allowed. The holiday home in the centre of Lecce for 6 guests: Mimì Maison Mimì Maison is accessible through the stairs and it`s on the first floor.
The house consists of a large living room with sofa and tv, dining area and fireplace and a well-equipped modern kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: 2 large and bright double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with bunk beds.
Moreover, there are two bathrooms with shower, one of which is in the double bedroom.
There is a large furnished terrace with wicker furniture and view on the roofs of the old town centre. The surroundings of Mimì Maison in Lecce Mimì Maison is in Lecce, in the old town centre.
The house is close to all the tourist spots of the old town centre and it`s 150 meters away from the main square of Lecce: Sant`Oronzo.
The closest beaches are Frigole, Torre Chianca, Spiaggiabella and San Cataldo, between 11 and 15 kilometers away. - Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp. - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - The property is in the old town centre of Lecce, where there is a limited traffic area. - You can access the area to unload in the time slot 10 am - 1pm and 4pm-6pm.

It is very apparent that the host does not take pride in ownership, the toilets were broken, screens to windows falling off the tracks, door handles came out to open the door, power kept going out, nasty garbage rotting in the hallway. The host was in response before and during the stay. Very port ...

Juste pour les suivants on sent bien que le ménage a été fait très vite et sans aucun soucis du détail. Pour 80 € c’est vraiment abuser
Nous avons été obligé de déboucher la douche qui débordait. Là bonde etait bourrée de cheveux, ce n’était pas très agréable
Il n’y avait pas de balai de toilettes d...
