Holiday home for 4 guests in Vieste The holiday home is introduced by a spacious porch with dining area and view on the sea. It opens into a large living room with open kitchen, dining area, sofa bed, tv and washing machine.
The corrido divides the living room from the sleeping area, which consists of a double bedroom and a full bathroom.
The basic holiday home is comfortable and cozy. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
Mandatory change at euro 10 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes). - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 25 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioner in the living room.

De locatie (dicht bij alles), een luisterend, hulpvaardig agentschap en lieve Italiaanse buren. Het interieur was eenvoudig maar we hebben met veel plezier op ons terras gezeten. We zouden zo teruggaan.
Niet alles was op orde toen we aankwamen. Een paar appjes later was alles geregeld.

Servizio e puntualità ottima,la struttura è nel complesso accogliente,semplice,manca solo aria condizionata.La location anche se è un po' distante dal mare,quindi c'è da utilizzare l'auto tutti i giorni é in una posizione tranquilla con vista su ulivi, parcheggio interno.Grazie per l'ospitalità.

Diversamente dalle aspettative per raggiungere la spiaggia bisogna sempre utilizzare l'auto nonostante la vicinanza,la struttura sta sopra una collina con una dura salita da percorrere.
La posizione vista mare ripaga il disagio 👍
