This semi-detached villa features a living room opening onto an enclosed terrace, with a sofa bed (Clic-clac style) and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen area is equipped with 2 electric hobs, a microwave, a mini oven, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a washing machine.
A toilet is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, the staircase leads to a loft-style bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a skylight, as well as a small cabin bedroom with two 80 cm bunk beds and a window.
The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub. The terrace includes a garden dining set and a parasol for outdoor meals. GARDEN FURNITURE - PRIVATE PARKING SPACE N° 134 - SHARED SWIMMING POOL OPEN FROM MID-JUNE TO MID-SEPTEMBER* - PETS NOT ALLOWED *Availability of the swimming pool subject to the decrees cause COVID-19. To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest: * A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental.
This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period.
This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company. * A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental.
The premises must be left perfectly clean.
If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained. * The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque. * The optional services.
