The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals, featuring a 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, electric oven, NESPRESSO coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.


On the ground floor, enjoy a comfortable sleeping area with a bedroom featuring a double bed (140 cm) and optimized storage, complemented by a bathroom with an electric towel warmer and a separate WC.


Children will love the attic mezzanine, furnished with two single beds (90 cm) and illuminated by a skylight, providing a cozy and functional sleeping space.


Outside, relax on the terrace, perfect for al fresco lunches or peaceful moments… enjoy it, you’re on holiday!


To cool off, take a dip in one of the two shared swimming pools of the residence, open from July 1st to August 31st.

This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.

* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.

* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.

* The optional services.
