The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in the ski resort Le Lioran, this charming flat with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 39 m ² and being able to accommodate to 6 travelers.
Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 18 m², a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom.
Calm and change of scenery assured, we are waiting for you! The flat, in duplex, is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A living room of 18 m² with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - A shower room with shower and WC On the first floor: - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps two) The flat is ideally located in Laveissière, on the resort of Le Lioran, in a very pleasant and quiet environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, ski rental, market...
Activities in Le Lioran : Winter : - Paintball - Electric snowmobile course for children from 5 years old - Skating rink - Tobogganing (Snake Gliss) - Visit to the Gaec du Lioran (farm producer) - Visit to the village of Murat (11km) - Downhill skiing - Cross country skiing - Snowshoeing Summer : - Wind surfing - Kaï-Lan balneotherapy centre - Summer sledging - Tyrolean traverse (from July 2023) - Bungee jumping - Inflatable park + trampolines - Hiking - Pony rides - Downhill mountain biking (with lifts) bike park / or leisure activities - TRAIL (many circuits) Transport : - You can park directly in the flat's garage, located on the ground floor of the residence and able to accommodate a car of any type.
It is covered, locked and has a surface area of 14.40 m².
Lighting inside the garage + socket. - Nearest train station: Le Lioran at 1 km Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The accommodation has a private ski locker. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).

🙁 Pas grand chose juste : pas facile de trouver le bâtiment et l'entrée, et la vue par la fenêtre ( extérieur pas finit et construction nouveau bâtiment)"

Le Pajot Appartement propre, confortable. bonne réactivité de la concierge pour nous aider à trouver ce logement. Je recommande cet appartement plutôt en hiver. En été, il n'y a pas grand intérêt à louer dans une station.
