La proximité avec la ville de Châtelaillon-plage et la côte.
Il y a une cheminée avec insert, et à aucun moment sur le descriptif il est mentionné que l'on peut faire du feu et si on peut emmener son bois, dommage avec une réservation au 1er janvier avec une petite flambée, cela aurait pu être sympa !

Logement très bien équipé, avec beaucoup de vaisselle, 2 frigos, 2 lave vaisselle, 3 sdb
Dans le nombre de lits, sont comptés des lits d'appoint qui .ne sont pas très confortables pour des adultes: mieux pour des enfants. Les volets d'une des chambres devraient être réparés, ainsi que la lumière des WC.
