Bright and modern apartment of about 45 square meters, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a period building (NO lift). The property is located in the Ponte alla Vittoria area, a few minutes on foot from the Cascine Parki, and constitutes the ideal solution for visiting the city while staying away from the chaos of the centre.
The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob -2 burners-, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave oven and kitchenware), double sofa bed and TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed, single sofa bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the bedroom), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline (at the window) and hairdryer.
The whole flat will be at your complete disposal.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
The apartment is located in the Ponte della Vittoria area, a lively district full of shops, but at the same time quiet and ideal for those traveling by car and those who want to stay away from the chaos of the historic center.
Santa Maria Novella and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore can be reached by public transport in about 16 minutes: the apartment is 400 meters from the "Paolo Uccello" stop of the T1 tramway (Villa Costanza - Careggi), thanks to which it is possible to reach Santa Maria Novella Station in 16 minutes.
Furthermore, at the "Alamanni" station of Santa Maria Novella it is possible to change to the T2 line, direct connection with the airport. Once reached Santa Maria Novella station, it will be possible to visit all the main points of interest in Florence comfortably on foot or by public transport.
