This chalet has recently been renovated with responsible materials and offers quality services, it has been insulated with wood fiber.
As soon as you enter, you will love the cozy atmosphere and the brightness of the living room.
From this living room: kitchen, dining room, living room, you access the terrace with a view of the slopes and the Monts du Cantal.
Still on the ground floor: a bedroom with a 160x200 bed (with TV), a shower room and a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor: 4 bedrooms: first, 2 adjoining bedrooms each with 1 140 bed and two other adjoining bedrooms: one with 2 90 beds and the other with a 140 bed, a separate toilet.
On the garden level: heated ski room and laundry area.
Outside: adjoining unfenced land.
Private parking for 2 cars.
Heating with pellet boiler included in the price.
Shops and services on site in Super-Besse or Besse-et-Saint-Anastaise 7km away.

Bilan très positif. Chalet propre et confortable, accueillant, spacieux, avec beaucoup de commodités (chaise haute, lit parapluie ...) pratique pour les familles. Accès aux pistes possible à pied entre adultes mais prévoir la voiture (ou des luges et de l'énergie) avec les enfants. Seul petit bémol, mériterait une 2ème salle de bain. Mais n'entache en rien ce très bon séjour.
