Angket Hip Residence is located in Jomtien, approximately a 12 minute walk from the beach, and just down the road from a night market, where you can sample authentic Thai street food. The complex provides guests with many great facilities, including: a large swimming pool, a children's pool, fitness center, laundry service, a spa, club house, coffee shop, elevators, undercover parking, electronic key card access and 24 hour security.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, a toaster, a kettle and a microwave.
The living area contains a king bed, corner sofa, coffee table, dining table & chairs, and flat screen TV.

There is one bathroom, which is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

The condo is on the 5th floor and also features a corner balcony with city views, and air conditioning.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 1pm-6pm and check-out is 9am-11am (unless otherwise agreed in advance)
- Pets are not allowed at the property
- There is free parking on premises.

Please Note: As this is a self-catering apartment and not a hotel, utilities are not included in the rental cost and will be charged on check out.
A Security Deposit of 4,000 Baht is required on check-in, returnable on check-out.
