The staff was friendly and understanding
It was not clean, and was not cleaned once while we were there. The room had many technical issues such as windows that could not open, wifi that was not working in our room, and there were no washer and dryer although it was mentioned on the site. Overall was not a comfortable experience.

Location was good, staff where friendly and polite
There was no WiFi in the room and only changing towels once every 5 days and not daily.
