We are in the lively San Salvario district, symbol of Turin's nightlife, in an area full of services for every type of stay and where everything is close at hand: bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants.
The accommodation is also located a few steps from Corso Vittorio, the ideal starting point for exploring the city center on foot. The space The 40 m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift and is composed as follows: - KITCHEN CORNER equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, traditional and microwave oven, moka coffee maker, toaster, manual juicer and kitchen utensils. - LIVING AREA with French sofa bed and TV - NIGHT AREA with French double bed - BATHROOM with toilet, sink and shower - BALCONY Further services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating with boiler, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato N.B.
Completing the registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment. Please note that the keys are located in a drop-off point near the apartment.
Further information will be provided at the time of booking. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.
