The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Cannes, this charming air-conditioned apartment with a surface of 68 m ² and being able to accommodate to 6 travelers.
Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 23 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and two balconies.
We are waiting for you! The housing is composed as follows: - A living room of 23 m² with TV, Wi-Fi (optical fiber), sofa bed (double) and dining area. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200). - Room 2: two single beds, sheets and towels included.
The rooms open onto a balcony of about 6 m². - A shower room with shower. - Separate toilet.
Outside: - A first balcony, accessible from the living room of about 9 m², exposed South/South-West with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. - A second balcony accessible from the bedrooms, facing North, overlooking the courtyard, of about 6 m².
For even more comfort : washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Cannes, in a very pleasant and calm environment, close to the sea.
You will find a square with a luxuriant vegetation between the building and the sea, ideal for children, animals or a game of petanque.
You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities : Cannes is a seaside town of the French Riviera which abounds in both tourist and typical activities.
We suggest you stroll along the coast to enjoy the beautiful views and the mildness of Provence.
If you are eager for sensations, many nautical activities are proposed on the beaches of the region: jetski, parasailing, paddle...
If you are looking for more authenticity, go to the Old Port to take a boat trip to the Lérins Islands.
And of course what would Cannes be without its lively nightlife, restaurants, bars, casinos, luxurious hotels and shops are around every corner.
Also enjoy hiking in the Cannois hinterland and the proximity to Nice and Monaco.
Events : Cannes Festival every second half of May, the Pyrotechnic Art Festival some dates in July and August, the musical nights of Suquet...
Transportation: - You will be able to park directly in the private box, closed of the apartment, located at the level -1 in the courtyard of the building (city vehicle, an Audi A4 break fits however a 4*4 will not pass in width).
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Cannes train station located at about 15 minutes by foot. - Nearest airport: Nice airport located at about 30 minutes by car.
Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Free Wifi available (fiber optic). - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to availability of the person in charge of the reception.

Le Mistral Dejligt ophold i centralt beliggende ejendom med god altan. Godt klimanlæg. Bemærk at beliggenheden er tæt på trafik og udrykning til hospital. God p-plads.

Le Mistral Le logement était au top, très bien placé à 15/20 minutes de la gare. Il était propre et spacieux. L'agence était très réactive quand nous avions des questions. Je reviendrai sans hésiter., à recommander.
