Welcome to our home.
We are delighted to offer the opportunity to stay in our newly refurbished property located in central St Albans. The 2 Bedroom house has been designed and equipped to a premium standard and is perfectly suited to anyone seeking a slice of luxury whilst looking to stay in the area. Inside you will find everything you will need to make your stay relaxing, comfortable and one to remember. The house is ideally located in a quiet spot just off the main High Street. The space Walk inside and you are greeted with a cosy open living, dining space.
The space is furnished to a modern standard with some period features still remaining. There is a sizable well-presented Kitchen, equipped with everything you should possibly need during your stay. Head upstairs and the master bedroom is complimented with a large dressing room with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is elegantly designed with a shower and high-quality soaps and shampoos are provided. The third bedroom is on the second floor, which also has a dedicated workspace equipped with a printer allowing for additional use as an office. Both bedrooms are fitted with King sized beds.
These can both be arranged into Twin rooms if required by simply informing us prior to checking in. The property has outside space at the rear in the form of a patio area. There is on-road parking at the front of the property, however this does require a permit between 8.30am & 8.00pm. For guests seeking a longer stay please contact us and we will gladly arrange for a permit to be arranged for you. The surrounding area has a number of multi-story car parks within a short distance walk, with the closest being the Maltings. The station information is irrelevant, the only station they need to know is St Albans which is less than 5 minutes walk. This is a beautiful flat and very close to the city center and several pubs. It is clean, well appointed, and done to a very nice standard.
It was often quite cool downstairs and very hot upstairs and it was impossible not to have water come out of the tub/shower when we showered. No on-street parki...
