Large farmhouse located in Calonge of 270 m², surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and forests, with fantastic views of green landscapes, with private pool and capacity for up to 14 people, ideal for spending an unforgettable holiday in the Empordà.
It is located 5 km from the beach of Torre Valentina and Sant Antoni de Calonge.
The house consists of a ground floor and an upper floor.
There is a dining room-living room with fireplace, independent kitchen, 5 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and 2 bedrooms with double bed), 5 bathrooms (1 bathroom in the triple room, 2 bathrooms in the rooms with double bed). The house is complemented by a wide list of additional services and amenities: - Outdoor table and chairs and sun loungers in the pool area - Independent kitchen - Dining room-living room with access to the terrace and garden - Satellite television - Porch with barbecue and stone oven - 2000 m² of garden and terraces - Wi-Fi connection - 3 additional folding beds - Private pool of 10 x 5 meters and depth of 0.90/1.80 meters Bed linen and bathroom towels are included. Final cleaning is included. The area offers endless possibilities for sea and mountain tourist activities with an exceptional offer of adventure sports, nature, shopping, shopping centers and an innumerable offer of the best gastronomy in the area, with a diversity of restaurants with Michelin stars as well as local and international cuisine. Mas situé en pleine campagne avec une vue exceptionnelle. Commerces et plages à moins de 10 mn Petit bémol, problèmes récurrents de manque d'eau chaude... ça tombe bien, c'est l'été... Je recommande
