Information about the host
Welcome at our guesthouse "Soghäusl"! The cottage Soghäusl is a very nice and quiet holiday home off the road at the foot of the wll-known ski- and hiking mountain "Hochkar".

It is a self-catering house on 2 floors.

The house is next to our fish farm. We breed grow and sell trouts and smoked trouts.

Next to the cottage flows an idyllic stream. Past is a large meadow, which offers enough space for various leisure activities and games.

Many excursion possibilities in the near and further surroundings let you get to know the region and people in the Mostviertel.

A popular destination for skiing and hiking fans is the "Hochkar", cross-country skiers have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful view of the trails on the "Hochreit".

For bathing and sauna enthusiasts, the salt bath "Ybbstaler Solebad" in Göstling and the lake "Lunzer See" are not far away.

The house is for a family or group up to max. 8 persons fully equipped:

- It has 4 bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x triple bed, 1x 1 bed room).

- It offers 1 kitchen (with fridge, freezer, oven, electric stove, coffee maker, tea maker, dishwasher, sink), dining table and fireplace

In addition, in the same room you can find a separated living room corner with a couch and a TV.

- It has 1 bathroom with double sink, shower and bathtub.

In addition there are 2 toilets, 1 anteroom and 2 storerooms.

A prepayment of 30% is required after booking with bank transfer.

The remaining payment is made on site in cash.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with the deduction of the 30% deposit.

Check-in time: 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Check-out time: until 10 a.m.

Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.

The keys will be handed over personally on site.

Pets are not allowed.

The tourist tax in the amount of EUR 1,60 per person and night is excl. calculated on the spot.

Pastry service on request, will be charged on departure.
