About this accommodation Two-room apartment in a beautiful location with stunning lake and mountain views and a large communal pool, close to the center of Menaggio.
The ideal accommodation for couples and families looking for a centrally located apartment with a shared pool and unbeatable views! The accommodation Living room with open kitchen: The apartment has a furnished spacious living room with extendable dining table, couch, cocktail armchair and internet-enabled flat-screen TV.
A sliding door leads to the balcony with a wonderful lake view.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a refrigerator.
Furthermore, the usual kitchen utensils such as a coffee machine, espresso machine, milk frother, kettle, toaster, etc. are available.
Bedroom 1 with bathroom: From the king-size bed in the master bedroom you have a very nice view of the lake.
There is a large closet with an iron, ironing board and clothes horse, a small work table and a wicker armchair.
The adjoining new bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, washing machine, hairdryer, bathroom scales and make-up mirror.
Bedroom 2 with bathroom: The second bedroom with mountain and small lake views has two single beds suitable for adults, a built-in wardrobe and a workstation.
The bathroom, which is also new, has an open shower, toilet and washbasin.
Further features: The beds are made and towels are provided.
The final cleaning fee covers the cost of bed linen, towels and final cleaning by a professional cleaning company.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with a total of 3 floors and is accessible via a staircase or elevator.
The large communal pool in the spacious tree-lined garden has a sun terrace and sun loungers.
The apartment is part of a small vacation complex surrounded by greenery on the sunny hills of San Siro and is located behind the famous "James Bond" villa La Gaeta.

You can also reach Menaggio on foot in about 40 minutes on the Antica Via Regina, the hiking trail that runs behind the complex and offers wonderful views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. You can get around the lake on foot, by bus, bicycle or ferry.

lejligheden er fyldt med lækre ting. gode senge, opvaskemaskine og vaskemaskine. Udsigten over søen er fremragende og poolen er stor og ren.
vores internet virkede ikke hele ugen og selvom vi spurgte på det, blev det aldrig ordnet. Man kunne god bruge lidt flere skyggemuligheder (parasoller) ved poolen.

-Very cosy apartment with everything needed inside;they even have books in various languages and board games!
Feels like the aparment of someone rather than a rental facility.
-Swiming pool big and clean
-Very quiet
-Excelent view from the terrase of the apartment
-You need to pick-up the keys from the agency but it is very close, so it was ok for us.
