In a quiet neighbourhood, flat in a small residence close to the beach.
It is located on the 2nd and last floor.
You will find: - a living room: sofa bed, TV, table, chairs - a kitchenette: ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, mini oven, electric coffee maker, dishes... - an open bedroom with a queen-size bed (dimensions 160x200) - a bathroom with shower and sink.
Separate toilet - a loggia with garden furniture - a parking space (parking closed by a gate 100 meters from the residence). Possibility of internet access (extra charge). Pets allowed. Not included in the rental: final cleaning, bed sheets, towels, baby cot, high chair, tourist tax, supplement for pets. Pets allowed: only one pet allowed.
It is mandatory to inform the agency at the time of booking, otherwise, the pet will not be accepted.
The supplement must be paid on the day of arrival. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: - Animals : 25 €. - Internet minibox per week : 39 €. - Housekeeping (option) : 60 €. - Sheet rental per bed/week : 14 €. - Towel rental per person/week : 10 €. Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable. Only equipment mentioned in this advertisement are present.

l'emplacement et le calme
il s'agit d'un studio de 30m2 et non un 2 pièces , puis qu'il n'y à q'un coin lit , pour 2 c'est super mais à 4 il n'y a pas d'intimité , juste un rideau
sinon la salle de bain et trés bien mais pour 2
après 2 ans je n’ai plus reconnu Marseillan
