The cleaning supplement will be charged as an additional cost on top of the total amount shown on the booking.Fantastic 36 m2 studio, recently renovated and equipped with all the comforts, including air conditioning. Located in an original building, painted in bright colours, and just a few metres from all the bathroom options. The terrace of the studio has been fitted out to give more space to the studio, and is where the dining table is located, right next to the large window. This gives a great luminosity to the whole accommodation. This small area is decorated with artificial grass, both on the floor and in the decorative elements on the wall. All these elements give it a modern, spacious and cosy look. Our accommodation is in a unique and unbeatable location, just a few steps from the famous saltwater pools "Lagos Martiánez", designed by the multifaceted artist César Manrique. Martiánez Beach is also only 100 metres from the studio. There are also many restaurants, bars and leisure facilities. The shopping centre "Martiánez", with shops, supermarket and parking (for a fee), is about 150 metres away. Studio Bahamas is ideal for families with children, couples and small groups of friends. Just imagine being able to enjoy the convenience of having all these advantages right on your doorstep.
