This modern holiday home from home is located in Niedernsill, only 15 minutes from Zell am See. The amazingly equipped holiday apartment boasts 120 m² of space for six people with three bedrooms.
In winter, several skiing areas of the Salzburger Land are in the immediate vicinity, in summer you can start mountain biking or hiking directly right in front of the chalet.
The neighbouring apartment which can accommodate eight people can be booked if required as long it is available.
The whole building can then accommodate 14 people via the connecting doors! Apartment at a glance: • Accommodates six people • 120 m² living space • Laundry room with washing machine and dryer • Storage room with electric ski boot dryer (serves both halves of the house) Basement: • Two bedrooms with double beds • One bedroom with a flat screen TV • En-suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet • One bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet Ground floor: • Hallway with cloakroom • Kitchen-living room: kitchen with kitchen island with four-zone ceramic hob, oven, integrated extractor hood, dishwasher, sink, pantry, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, large dining table, a corner couch and flat screen TV • Extra guest toilet Location: This modern holiday home offered by Steinbock Lodges is situated at 860 m above sea level in a very tranquil and sunny location.
This beautiful holiday home can be reached via a mountain road, for which suitable winter tyres and snow chains are required in winter – these are mandatory.
Many hiking and cycling trails of all levels of difficulty are right next to the building. Leisure activities: A visit to Lake Zell with its impressive mountain backdrop and the charming old town of Zell am See is also recommended.
In winter, the region boasts many small and large ski areas such as Weissee Glacier World, Kitzsteinhorn, Kaprun and Schmittenhöhe, all of which are connected to the very famous Saalbach Hinterglemm.

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Es war einfach alles in allem super. Der vorherige Kontakt, die Informationen zum Chalet und allem drum herum. Oragnisation, Ablauf, Ankunft, Lage, Einrichtung... alles top. Wir waren allerdings außerhalb der Saison da (Ende Winter - noch kein Start Sommer) aber dafür könnt ihr ja nichts.

Wir waren sehr happy über unsere Unterkunft, mit der Ausstattung und dem tollen Ausblick. Der CheckIn und auch die Begleitung waren nicht aufdringlich und gut organisiert. Fühlten uns alle direkt wohl.

Spannende Anreise :) aber super ruhige Lage nahe Wald. Alles ist neu und sehr sauber. Gerne wieder.
