Villa Saint John is an extraordinary property with stunning sea views, ideal for those seeking comfort and memorable moments in Albufeira.
The spacious living room is bright and inviting, perfect for socializing and relaxing.
The villa features one bedroom with a double bed, two en-suite bedrooms with twin beds and a shower, and one bedroom with twin beds, complemented by a bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing for practical meal preparation while enjoying the panoramic sea view. Outside, the villa offers a heated pool (additional cost) and a barbecue area, providing opportunities for leisure and outdoor dining.
The terraces offer the perfect space to contemplate the sunset and relax outdoors. Located next to an ecological reserve and very close to the best beaches and restaurants in Albufeira, the villa combines tranquility, nature, and easy access to all that the region has to offer. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.
For added convenience, grocery hampers can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always a valuable addition to your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, if you are interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you require them. Group deposit: €250 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests. From the 9th to the 11th guest, an additional charge will apply, which includes an extra bed. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

Lekker zwembad (was warm zat zonder verwarming), lekkere bedden, genoeg glazen, pannen, bestek e.d. We waren met z’n zessen en dan is dit huis ruim.
Huis is hier en daar wat gedateerd. Niet vies, maar sommige dingen zoals de koelkast zijn aan vervanging toe.

The villa is amazing and very spacious for our group. Being right next to the ecological reserve made it so quiet, yet we were so close to the best beaches. We loved the house, and the outdoor spaces and balconies were perfect for watching the sunset. We also enjoyed dinner at a traditional restaurant in the center.

We loved the house, and the outdoor spaces were the highlight of our stay. Waking up to the panoramic ocean view while having breakfast was unforgettable. The pool area is very private and relaxing. We also enjoyed dinner at a lovely seafood restaurant just a short walk away.
