This 250 m² cottage features 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a lounge with French doors opening onto the countryside and its spa and sauna.
For your comfort, there are 3 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, 3 toilets, underfloor heating, beds made upon arrival, towels provided and included in the rental price, a 165 cm flat-screen TV, a bean-to-cup coffee machine (filled upon arrival), and an American-style refrigerator.
Roanne is 20 minutes away, Saint-Étienne 45 minutes, Lyon 1 hour, and Clermont-Ferrand 1 hour 10 minutes.
Access to the cottage is via a 200-meter driveway.
A cleaning service is available for an additional €120 (excluding oven and griddle cleaning). This detached house, fully renovated in 2018, is secluded and easily accessible, in the heart of the Loire Gorges, in an exceptional natural setting.
You will appreciate the tranquility, the panoramic view, the high-quality interior amenities, the in-ground swimming pool (currently under construction and open from late June/early July), the covered terrace, and the Loire River just a 10-minute walk away. The price includes: - Access to the spa and sauna - Bed linen and towels - Pets - Heating - 8 kWh of electricity per day The price does not include: - Utilities (electricity beyond 8 kWh, gas, and water) billed according to meter readings - Cleaning fee (excluding oven and griddle cleaning) - Tourist tax Ground floor bedroom and toilet, TV, DVD player, Internet access, Washing machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Freezer, Private swimming pool, Jacuzzi/spa, Sauna, Barbecue/Griddle, Baby equipment Free linens, Wi-Fi, Terrace, Garden, Pets allowed, Pet deposit, Private entrance, House, Outdoor games, Detached house.
