Welcome to Casa Jasmin, a typical warm and cozy mountain home in the heart of Courmayeur! Just a stone's throw from shops and ski lifts, it's the perfect starting point for adventures in Val Ferret or Val Veny.
Ideal for families and groups, it offers large spaces, an authentic alpine atmosphere, garage, parking, and all the comfort you need for an unforgettable holiday at the foot of Mont Blanc. 🛏️ YOUR ACCOMMODATION ✨ Your alpine oasis in Courmayeur! 🏔️ A warm and welcoming home, spread over two floors, filled with natural light ☀️ and offering a spectacular view of the mountains! 😍 Perfect for families or groups of friends, it features a large living room with open kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with bunk beds, one single room, and a cozy sitting area to relax 🛋️. Outdoor parking 🅿️ and covered garage available all year round 🚗 – for a comfortable holiday surrounded by nature, relaxation and adventure! 🌲🎿⛰️ 📚 OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE 🛎️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental contract related to your stay.
For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop! 🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive with complete freedom, without time constraints. 🔑 Check-in & Check-out • 🕒 Check-in: from 3:00 PM • 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 AM 🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER? Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability. • ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00 AM): €40 • ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50 🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORT • Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked. • Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag. • Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. 👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN? • We offer a crib and high chair on request for children from 0 to 2 years old. • The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including sheets. ⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee). 🧾 TOURIST TAX • Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the period) per day, for a maximum of 7 days. • Children under 15 are exempt. • The tax is not included in the booking price. ♻️ WASTE SEPARATION • We kindly ask you to follow waste separation rules. • At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash. • Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied. 🐾 PETS We love animals ❤️, but pets are not allowed in the apartment.
