On a privileged site, pleasant studio cabin of approximately 27 m², located on the 3rd floor of a seafront residence, with elevator.

For ease of parking, you have access to private and secure parking.
After a day of walking in our beautiful city or a game of games in our casino, you will find in the cabin entrance where you can rest with two 80 cm beds or a large 160 cm bed, a door separates the cabin from the living room. live for more comfort.

le studio correspondait vraiment à l'annonce pour sa situation et sa vue sur la mer. Avons apprécié le calme de la résidence, le parking privé, la proximité du port et du centre ville accessible à pieds
nous n' arrivons pas à lui trouver de défaut ,à si peut être nous avons perdu en jouant au casino il était pas très loin de la résidence !!......

La porte du placard qui coulisse mal et une fuite au niveau du pommeau de la douche qui a été signalée.
L'emplacement face à l'océan en bord de plage et proche de toutes commodités.
L'appartement est très bien équipé et propre.
Le parking privé est un plus surtout en centre ville.
Étant seule l'appartement me convenait parfaitement.
