Ligging aan het meer van Lugano. Goede uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen.
Interieur van het huisje was erg gedateerd (met uitzondering van de badkamer). Tuin was erg rommelig door rondslingerend oud meubilair. Park als geheel oogde erg verpauperd doordat een deel niet afgebouwd is (huizen), dan wel gesloten was (zwembad).
Tolle Lage am schönen See, schlechte Instandhaltung.

Die Lage nah am Zentrum und See, große Wiese direkt vor den Häusern, tolle Auslaufmöglichkeit für Hunde. 2 WCs.
Verschinmelte Außentischdecke, kaputtes Inventar, z.B. abgebrochener Schöpflöffel, Türe vom Gefrierfach abgebrochen, kaputter Deckel, Gartentüre nicht verschließbar, dadurch fehlende Gartenmöbel, die von Jugendlichen entwendet wurden, z.B. nur eine Liege,
klemmende Türen, ratternder Lüfter, defektes Insektengitter.
Anlage wird schlecht gepflegt.
