We offer this charming apartment for rent in Val-d'Isère, with a ski resort within walking distance.
With a surface area of 28 m², the apartment is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults.
Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises a pretty 24 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony to enjoy the mountain air.
We're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 24 m² with TV, double bed (140×190) built into the wall, sofa convertible into a single bed and a single bed. - A kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine with filter... - A bathroom with bathtub. - A separate toilet in the bathroom.
Outside : - A west facing balcony (afternoon sun) with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The apartment is ideally located in Val-d'Isère, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : Come and discover an international ski resort, home of the world cup of alpine skiing.
In summer : - Mountain biking and bicycle touring. - Nature trek in the Vanoise. - Motorcycle touring. - Horseback riding. - Paragliding. - Canyoning and rafting. - Fishing. - Aquasportive center.
In winter : - Enjoy snow sports: skiing, snowboarding, snooc, electric mountain bike / Fat bike, snowkite, ice floating, moon bike, sledding, snowmobile. - Snow garden and Val kids for children. - Val aventure course. - Paragliding and ULM. - Hiking with snowshoes. - Ice climbing, ice climbing. - Skating rink.
Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking outside or inside without numbered place of the residence (1 vehicle authorized) according to available places.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Free shuttle in all Val d'Isère. - Bus from Geneva, Lyon and Bourg Saint-Maurice. - Bourg Saint-Maurice train station located 32 km away (40 min by car). - Chambéry Mont-Blanc airport located 144 km away (1h55 by car).
Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the concierge.

Un appartement certes bien situé proche du village de Val d’Isere. Par contre un immeuble qui date un peu et qui est mal entretenu avec des parties communes peu soignées et certaines abandonnées (réception, salon ..). Cela donne l’impression d’un immeuble à l’abandon. L’appartement est peu confortab...

Solaise Appartement fonctionnel, bien agencé et bien situé. Seuls bémols la literie très dure du lit escamotable et la propreté des parties communes de la résidence.
