Certains équipements (canapé-lit) sont un peu vétustes. La décoration est basique et certains aménagements pourraient être améliorés.
Un emplacement parfait, au cœur du hameau privé des Carats, en balcon au-dessus de la station. Un départ ski aux pieds possible (le retour est plus compliqué car il faut emprunter la face de Bellevarde).
