Halfway between Gramat and Figeac, in the heart of a typical village with a unique gothic church, discover the Grange de Marie, a pleasant house bordered by a small stream.
With its bright living room, its kitchen completely redone, its rooms opening onto covered terraces, the whole is very pleasant for 2 to 4 people.
We like the shady park at 50m with its beautiful wash-house and a playground with football cages, basketball basket, petanque, picnic tables..., which will make the children happy.
House on 2 levels.
On the street side of the village, a few steps lead to the large covered balcony and to the entrance of the gite, which serves on the same level: living/dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140) and its direct access to the covered balcony overlooking the garden, shower room, wc.
Staircase going down to the garden level with a large corridor, and 1 bedroom (2 beds 90) and its direct access to the covered terrace then to the garden, bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, small laundry room.
Closed garage / laundry room.
Unfenced garden, garden furniture, barbecue, 4 bikes.
The gite is in the heart of the village, close to the fortified church (bells ring from 7am to 7pm).

Gîte confortable et idéal pour 2 couples avec ses 2 chambres salles de bain indépendantes, avec un atout pour les motards ... le garage. Idéalement situé pour visiter le Lot dans un village calme. Un balcon pour les petits déjeuners et repas en plein air ! Bref un super séjour ...

Le gîte est agréable et bien aménagé, parfait pour visiter les environs ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. Nous n'avons pu rester que quelques jours, et nous aimerions y revenir plus longtemps !
